Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

All content creation and copyrights are explicitly restricted from use. All data and personal information are protected via HIPAA compliance. Confidentiality and Informed consent is of the utmost priority during all sessions.

Refund Policy: No Refunds on Services

All sales are final at time of service rendered.
Any Product retail purchased may only be returned if undamaged with original packaging only up to 30 days after purchase of up to half the product price.

No Shows

If you do not show for a scheduled pre-booked appointment, you will be charged a No-Show fee up to the full-service amount.

Cancellations

A 24-hour notice is required for all appointments. Unless another emergency is stated. A No-Show fee of up to the full-service charge will be applied to your credit card on file. Package series holders will forfeit any missed appointments. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1-day before the beginning of your appointment. Thank you for considering other patient appointments to be filled.

Late arrivals

If you are running late, please take the courtesy to simply call/text a notice. Only the remaining time of the full session at the agreed price will be rendered. If you are more then 15mins. Late for your service or class the appointment will be cancelled, and to the discretion of the therapist a No-Show fee will be charged up to the full-service amount.
Any special considerations may be considered on a case-by-case basis only.

Health Insurance

All FSA/ HSA health insurance plans are accepted for self-reimbursement. You are responsible for checking if your insurance plan covers treatment. A receipt will be provided after service. All necessary ICD9 codes will be provided based on your specific therapeutic treatment.

Professional Boundaries

Zero Tolerance policy for any sexual solicitation, interaction, request, or discussion of any kind. And will be reported to the proper authorities under massage guidelines. The client will not be rescheduled and will be added to the list of offenders for massage & bodywork to protect the industry.

The average healthy adult typically receives a monthly session of 90mins.to prevent and maintain overall health. But if you exhibit more issues with your tissues then a weekly to bi-weekly is highly recommended to progressively workout the kinks. Start with what works for you and progress as health improves.

Please undress to your level of comfort. Some modalities require wearing loose-fitting gym clothes to allow for deeper therapeutic stretches. Such as Thai-yoga bodywork therapy & yoga therapy.

While all sessions include my *Signature ABX Bodyworx bodyoil; unscented/ neutral options are available. Some modalities require none.
