Private 1 on 1 yoga sessions are fully customized with your own unique body considerations. Each session builds on itself to creatively customize a progressive treatment plan to strengthen your own unique body needs. I love blending, mixing, & fusing various yoga styles and philosophies together to integrate the most beneficial forms of all modalities to best serve you. Whether beginner or an advanced Yogi with an avid practice: an athlete after an injury or just keeping up with recovery exercises. After an initial body assessment of gait, range of motion and other alignment factors we can begin to create a customized treatment plan that gets you moving again with functional movement, deep therapeutic stretches and alignment -based asanas. Also, highly recommend if you’re simply looking to deepen your existing spiritual yoga practice. All sessions include breathwork, mindfulness & guided meditation, mudras, home exercises: Homework are integrated to effectively craft your conscious practice.

*Styles of Yoga include Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Iyengar & Vinyasa Flow. All sessions include focused and isolated stretches, breathwork, mudras, mindfulness and meditation, sound healing with quartz crystal singing bowls and hands-on adjusts and assists utilizing yoga props, blocks, bolsters, blanket, and eye-pillow. All yoga equipment is provided for your sessions but feel free to bring your own. More to come with this growing modality of bodywork to include Yoga Dance, Tai Chi with Qi Gong. Outdoors nature sessions coming Spring/ Summer/ Fall. YoMassage is coming next!

The average healthy adult typically receives a monthly session of 90mins.to prevent and maintain overall health. But if you exhibit more issues with your tissues then a weekly to bi-weekly is highly recommended to progressively workout the kinks. Start with what works for you and progress as health improves.

Please undress to your level of comfort. Some modalities require wearing loose-fitting gym clothes to allow for deeper therapeutic stretches. Such as Thai-yoga bodywork therapy & yoga therapy.
