What is a health coach?2023-04-30T01:01:26+00:00

Consider a health coach like a cross-combination of working with a life coach, nutrition counselor, and therapist all-in-one. A personal cheerleader, guide and accountability partner to help you implement healthy habits and lifestyle changes to improve your health. We work in collaboration with other healthcare providers- doctors, nurses, psychologists, nutritionist, dietician, physical therapists, personal trainer to integrate connections to your tailored wellness program. We connect the dots in everything food, diet, habits good/bad, fitness, sleep, lifestyle, mind-body connection, and even relationships, career, physical activity. Wellness coaches emphasize health beyond what’s on the plate. One of the core concepts is primary food- the areas of your life that impact your short and long-term health just as much as the food you eat, including relationships, career, and physical activity. When these areas are in balance, the food on your plate becomes secondary!
