Please undress to your level of comfort. Some modalities require wearing loose-fitting gym clothes to allow for deeper therapeutic stretches. Such as Thai-yoga bodywork therapy & yoga therapy.
While all sessions include my *Signature ABX Bodyworx bodyoil; unscented/ neutral options are available. Some modalities require none.

One of the core concepts is primary food- the areas of your life that impact your short and long-term health just as much as the food you eat, including relationships, career, and physical activity.
